Big brothers and sisters of NICU patients face some big adjustments. Your gift will help older siblings thrive through a baby’s time in the hospital.

A new little brother or sister brings big changes to a child’s life—even more so when the baby is born premature or sick. March of Dimes supports families throughout their baby’s stay, including the brothers and sisters of a hospital’s smallest patients.

From introducing an older sibling to the strange new world of the NICU to sharing therapeutic resources that help kids cope, our staff and volunteers are a vital source of education, comfort and reassurance, so that children can start to make sense of a hugely challenging time.

Your gift will give one family NICU Family Support, powering in-unit programs for families and training for caregivers—to help big brothers and sisters handle some very big changes indeed.
