Across the country, widespread discrimination on the job robs pregnant women of equal opportunity—and even puts their health and their babies’ health at risk. No woman should miss out on a job, promotion or raise because she’s pregnant. No mom should be sidelined, losing her chance to earn. And no employer should get to compromise her health.

Your gift will help create more equitable, safer workplaces for moms. We advocate for accommodations and protections for pregnant women across the country—and we’ve already scored some major successes. Still, until every business supports moms fully, there’s more work we can do.
